Smoked Brat Tailgate Crostini Stackers

Description

These were a little throw together before a Cleveland Browns game as I was anticipating another loss. Not only were these a winner so were my Brownies. So Swaggerty's Farm came through as our good luck charm as well. I enjoyed how every ingredient has a flavor profile that is different and important to that final bite!

Ingredients
  • - One Pack of Swaggerty's Farm Bratwurst
  • - One Block Cream Cheese
  • - Spicy Seasoning
  • - Can Of Italian Tomatoes
  • - Pickled jalepenos
  • - Sweet BBQ Sauce
  • - Loaf of Italian Bread
Instructions
  1. - Turn On Pellet Smoker and Preheat to 250 degrees
  2. - Cover block of cream cheese with spicy seasoning of choice throw on smoker until soft and starts to crack in the middle
  3. - Place Swaggerty's Farm on Smoker and turn up temp to 300 after the cream cheese is done
  4. - Slice bread into 1" thick slices and toast
  5. - When brats are done take a piece of toast and apply layer of smoked cream cheese
  6. - Butterfly half a Swaggerty's Farm Bratwurst and place it down on cream cheese
  7. - Top with pickled jalapeno's
  8. - Top with one spoonful of tomatoes
  9. - BBQ sauce drizzle finish
